How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at info@ensembleconcerts.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process your request within 45 days.
How do I change my instrument?
You can change your instrument selection in your profile settings within the app. Tap your profile, then tap "Edit Profile" to update your instrument.
Why can't I find a concert I attended?
Ensemble currently focuses on classical and jazz concerts in New York City. If you attended a concert that's not in our database, you can still log it manually when creating a post.
How do I make my profile private?
You can control who sees your concert attendance by adjusting your privacy settings in the app. Go to Settings to manage your visibility preferences.
